Projects: New Cast For Breaking Dawn, Distribution Update For Bel Ami

It's been an exciting week as cameras get ready to roll on the last two installments of the Twilight series. With filming set to begin in Louisiana in a few weeks, today Summit confirmed who has been cast as the Denali Coven in Breaking Dawn. The Hollywood Reporter has a bit more. The official word comes after Entertainment Weekly broke the news on who will be playing Edward and Bella's child in the movie. All we care about is that this is the vamp who has the hots for Edward.. meet Tanya.

On the Bel Ami front, one of the movie's fan blogs got Protagonist Pictures to admit that they still don't have a distribution deal for the U.S. plus a few other facts. Check their post for the rest of the scoop. We'll stay on top of Rob's projects for you!

  1. MyAnna Buring looks like a vampish vampire. I can hardly wait to see how Bella reacts to Tanya, this will be a new side, jealousy on her part for a change instead of Edward's jealousy towards Jacob.

  2. @lluvthemovies, you are absolutely right. She has the perfect look. I love to see Bella getting jealous..I sometimes feel like Bella takes Edward for granted atleast in the movies and I really want her showing all her love to Edward and her jealousy when she meets Tanya at the wedding....For once I want to see her absolutely in love with him...I don't know why I never got that feeling from the movies...

Love to all and hugs to my favs...

  3. @Mrs. Deen ITA with your statement about her not showing how in love she is with Edward. I sometimes wonder if it is her performance or how they have written Bella for the screen. Many people have expressed exactly what u have stated she does not look like she is madly in love with Edward. I want to especially see that in the wedding when they are taking their vows and it would be nice for just once if she at least showed some tears when she is saying her vows.

BTW, some of the other FAVs and I have had this discussion and NM was not a favorite of mine, I was joking with the other two Favs about Edward kissing Bella at the truck and I thought the kiss was rather pathetic, I said it looked like he was going to cry, and the other two Favs stated that this is why it was a memorable kiss because he already knew he was leaving her. I am trying to look at it from their POV and if so, even Edward has nearly shed tears for Bella, since vampires can't cry, more than Bella has ever done for Edward. She also had near tears for Jacob at the end of NM when he ran off in the forest after the confrontation with Edward, that is what I want to see for Edward from Bella, is it too much too ask? Bill Condon please put the emotion for Edward into Bella's character which I know Kristen can perform.

  4. Hi!u guys..@Iluvthemovies,@Mrs.Deen,nice to see ur both here,..yes this casting is making me excited..Summit is not wasting any time...Oh how I look forward to Edward saying for the first time.."This is my wife Bella"..aww..and i agree with both of u i love that it's bella's turn to be jealous,i loved that part in the book,"Rosalie mentioned about a bunch of female vampires..she told me u didn't show any preference..I was wondering .u know if anyof them had..showed any preference for u?.Edward, ignoring Bella..trying to change the subject, bella insisting..and asked,,"which one?" .."calmed down bella",kissing the tip of her nose"you're being absurd"..Edward said eventually.."I prefer brunettes".."Strawberry blonde" .."not my type at all"..hope they don't miss this bit on the film..so funny and so lovable:)hugs to u both and other favs
